As an online store, we can only offer a return or exchange if we have sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. Please rest assured that we take every care and inspect all our products to ensure the highest possible standard before we ship them. We can not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit. If you receive the wrong item or your purchase arrives faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase via email:

We will ask you to provide clear proof of purchase, provide details of wrong and or damaged items and a photo of the goods received. We will then advise how to proceed. Returned items will be at your cost and once we receive them, they will be assessed to determine the nature of the issue and we will decide whether we offer a refund or an exchange.

Please ensure that you receive prior authorization before returning any items.

Where crystals have been ordered - crystals are created by mother nature, no two crystals will ever be identical and may contain  fissures, natural fractures & or pits.  Crystals may vary in size, shape and or colour and may also appear different due to lighting in photo images.  As such, please be aware that the crystals you purchase may not look identical to the photos however they will be as authentic as their descriptions.

Returns and exchanges are not acceptable for crystal characteristics and or change of mind.

Due to health reasons We can not offer returns or exchanges for any of our smudging products (all smudging bundles, sage leaves, incense resin mix, Palo Santo sticks, incense sticks and or incense cones) or jewellery or beauty tools. Please be aware that your purchase may not look  identical to the photos, however it will be as authentic as its description.

No refund and or exchange will be given to any of our customised items, including gift packs and or art work or any items damaged by you or other third parties.
